Returns & Refunds Policy

At Revival Social Sauna Club, we currently provide bookings for access to our sauna, steam room, ice baths and contrast therapy facilities. We do not currently sell physical products through our online store.

Because our bookings are for reserved services and time slots, the following cancellation and refund policy applies.

Booking Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your booking, you may choose to:

• Receive a full refund to your original payment method; or
• Reschedule your booking for another available time.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

This is because the time slot has been reserved specifically for you and may not be possible to offer to another customer at short notice.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not cancelled or contacted us in advance, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your booking, your session will generally still end at the originally scheduled time. We cannot guarantee that your session can be extended due to a late arrival.

Changes by Revival

If Revival Social Sauna Club needs to cancel or significantly change your booking due to circumstances within our control, we will offer you the option to:

• Reschedule your booking; or
• Receive a full refund.

In circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative where possible.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the original payment method used for the booking. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Special Circumstances

If you are unable to attend due to an unexpected or exceptional circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
